おいも堀り たいよう
大収穫！！
毎年、地域の農家さんのご厚意で、保育園の隣にある畑で芋掘り体験を行っています。
初めて参加する年少の子どもたちは「おいも、どうやってとるの？」とソワソワした様子です。
「つちのなかにあるから、いっぱいほるんだよ」
「ひっぱると ぬけるよ！」
芋掘り経験者の年中長のお兄さんお姉さんに掘り方を聞き、さっそく挑戦する年少の子どもたち。
教えてもらったように、周りの土を掘り、見えたさつま芋を引っ張りますが中々抜けません。
お兄さんに手伝ってもらい、力を合わせて引っ張ると…
スポンっ！とたくさんの大きなサツマイモが抜けました。
「やったー！」と大喜びで、その後も次々と収穫していった子どもたち。
終わった後も「たくさんとれたね」と達成感に満ち溢れた表情をしており、見ている私たちも笑顔になりました。
Every year, thanks to the kindness of a local farmer, we hold a potato digging experience in the field next to the preschool.
The younger children, participating in the event for the first time, look anxious, asking, "How do we get the potatoes?
They looked so nervous.
They said, "They are in the soil, so we have to dig a lot.
If you pull on it, it will come loose!
The younger children asked their older brothers and sisters, who had experience digging potatoes,
how to dig, and they immediately gave it a try.
They dug the soil around them as they had been taught, and pulled the sweet potatoes they saw,
but they could not pull them out.
With the help of their older brothers, they pulled together and....
"Spong! A lot of big sweet potatoes came out.
They were overjoyed and said "Yay! The children were overjoyed and continued to harvest one after another.
After they finished, they were full of a sense of accomplishment,
saying, "We got so many," which made us smile as we watched.
