外の環境を十分に味わう
戸外遊びに出る際に「ピロティに遊びに行こう！」と大人が声をかけると子どもたちは「は～い」「いこう♪」など元気にお返事をしてくれます。Hちゃんは遊びに行くと知ると、すぐに自分の帽子と靴下を用意して、はりきって準備をしていました！お友だちが支度しているのを待っている間も「すべりだいしゅる～んするの！」「ボールポイも！」と言って何をして遊ぶのかを想像しニコニコ笑顔のHちゃんでした。室内で遊ぶのも楽しいのですが、外に出て虫や花など生き物を目にしたり、外の風にあたり季節の移ろいを感じたりと戸外遊びならではの環境で過ごすことで気分転換をしたり、新たな発見などができたらと考えています。

As soon as H-chan knew he was going to play, he prepared his hat and socks and was ready to go! While I was waiting for my friend to prepare, I imagined what I would do by saying "Slides!" It's fun to play indoors, but you can change your mood by spending time in an environment unique to outdoor play, such as going outside to see creatures such as insects and flowers, and feeling the changing seasons in the outside wind.
