芋掘り&クッキング
秋ならではの体験
幼児クラスでは、５月にさつまいもの苗植えを行い、
１０月２１日に芋掘りを行いました。
今年は、とても大きなサツマイモが育ち、大収穫でした。
天日干しをし、２７日にクッキングを行いました。
調理室で茹でたさつまいもを保育士が子どもたちの前でマッシャーし、砂糖と牛乳とバターを入れ、混ぜました。
子どもたちは、ラップに包まれたさつまいもを、一人づつ丸く形づくり、みんなで食べました。
「あまーい！」
「やわらかーい」
「ほくほくしておいしい！」
「なんこでもたべられちゃう」
みんなで育てて、収穫し、クッキングしたさつまいものスイートポテトは最高でした。
そんな時の子どもの笑顔も最高です！

The sweet potatoes were boiled in the kitchen and mashed by the nursery staff in front of the children, then mixed with sugar, milk and butter.
The children wrapped the sweet potatoes in plastic wrap, shaped them one by one into a circle, and ate them together.
Sweet!
Soft!
It's so soft and delicious!
I could eat all of them!
The sweet potatoes that everyone grew, harvested, and cooked together were the best sweet potatoes ever.
The smiles on the children's faces were priceless!
