傍で見守れる安心感 一歳
新年度が始まり、1ヶ月が経ちました。新しい環境に少しずつ慣れ、子ども達は、好きな遊びを見つけて安心して遊ぶ姿が見られてきました。パズルで遊んでいたR君は、ピースがはまらずに「はいらない～」と困り顔、「一緒にやってみよう」と職員が声を掛け傍につくと、安心したようにもう一度パズルに挑戦していました。
担当職員と一緒に完成させたパズルを見て、“できた！“と拍手をして喜んでいたR君。傍で見守っているからこそ、一緒に味わえる達成感や満足感を共有していくことができます。これからもあたたかい雰囲気の中で子ども達の思いに寄り添っていきたいと思います。

And when the staff called out "Let's do it together", he tried the puzzle again with peace of mind.

Mr. R was pleased to see the completed puzzle with the staff in charge and applaud "I was able to do it!".
We can share the sense of accomplishment and satisfaction that we can enjoy together because we are watching by our side.
