楽しさ、喜び、達成感を味わいながら １歳
ばら組での生活も残りわずかとなり、心も身体も大きく成長した子どもたちの姿に喜びを感じながら過ごしています。
一人でじっくりと遊びに集中する時間も大切にしながら、成長と共にお友だちに興味を持ち関わりを持って遊ぶ姿も多く見られるようになりました。また、自分の気持ちを言葉で伝えることも少しずつ出来るようになってきています。お友だちに「〇〇ちゃん、あそぼ！」と声をかけ、「いいよ」と答えてくれたり、「じゅーすやさんです」「これがいい」「いちごあじですか？」と言葉を交わしたりと、楽しく遊ぶ姿が見られています。毎日一緒に過ごしていく中で信頼関係が深まっていき、安心して言葉として気持ちを伝え合う事が出来るようになっている姿に成長を感じています。
生活面でも、着替えや手洗いの際には保育士がその都度手順を言葉にしながら手本で伝えたり、子どもと一緒に進めることを日々行ってきました。ばら組になったばかりの頃はまだ手洗いに興味を示さなかった子どもが、日々の積み重ねの中で、今度は「自分でやってみたい」という意欲が見られるようになり、自分でやろうとする姿に成長していきました。担当保育士と日々一緒に行い、子どもたちの「できた！」を取りこぼさないよう丁寧に関わってきました。
今後も一人ひとりの育ちを大切に、日々の生活を大切していきたいと思います。

In terms of daily life, when changing clothes or washing hands,
the nursery teacher used a model to explain the procedure each time, and every day I went with my child.
A child who was not interested in hand-washing when he was just in a loose group, but in his daily life,
he became motivated to "do it himself" and tried to do it himself. Has grown into.
I work with the nursery teacher in charge every day and have been politely involved so as not to miss the children's "done!"
I would like to continue to cherish the growth of each and every one of us and to cherish our daily lives.
