異年齢の関わり
幼稚園では、各年齢ごとに別れて過ごしていますが、
ミッテでは3歳から5歳のお友だちが、同じ部屋で過ごしています。
4月からミッテで過ごし始めた年少のお友だち、当初は支度に時間がかかったり、
上手くできない時は「できないよー」と手が止まる時もありました。
そんな時、年長のお兄さんが見守ったり、お姉さんがバスの座席まで連れて行ってあげたりと、
優しく頼もしい姿が見られるようになりました。
遊びの中でも、お兄さんたちがどんな遊びをしているか、良く観察しているようで、
仲間に加わりながら同じように何かを作っているようです。（車か、船のようです）
早いものであと半年ほどで、みんなはまた一つお兄さんお姉さんになります。
そして、新しく仲間に加わるお友だちと、どのように関わるのかな？・・・と今から
ワクワクしています。
